The Business Audit is where most founders start. It's a focused, structured session where we look at each of the four foundations of your business — Proposition, Product, Processes and People — and figure out which ones are holding you steady, and which ones are wobbling.
This thorough business review will leave you with a much clearer picture of where your business actually is, what's getting in the way of growth, and where to focus first.

This is a two-hour session, either online or face-to-face in Brighton or London. We’ll start at the top with what you’re actually selling and work our way through the framework so we can see where the gaps are. Afterwards I’ll send you a detailed report that outlines everything we’ve covered and what the next steps are.

Sometimes what you need is dedicated time and space to think about a specific challenge properly, with someone in the room who can help you see it clearly. That's what the business strategy session is for.
You bring the problem. I bring the questions, the framework, and a clear plan to take away.

The business strategy workshop is a half day, face-to-face session in Brighton or London (or 2 x 2-hour Zoom sessions). We'll go deep on the challenge, work through the four Ps as they relate to it, and leave with a clear plan you can act on straight away.

This is a retained contract where I work alongside you across the whole business, helping you make better decisions, spot what you can't see, and build the foundations growth actually rests on. Brand strategy and positioning — sharpening what you stand for, who you’re for and why people should choose you.

This is a rolling retainer, typically 3–6 months to start with. You get weekly strategy and accountability sessions, plus access to me between calls for the bigger questions and quicker ‘can I just check something with you?’ moments. When delivery is needed, I bring in my trusted network of specialists and direct the work alongside you, freeing up your time and your energy to focus on the next steps for growth.
